At 3D Sons Printshop, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our products are 3D printed, made to order, or customized specifically for our customers, the following policies apply to purchases made through 3D Sons Printshop.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to customer inquiries within 1–2 business days.

Returns

Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Custom & Personalized Products

Because custom, personalized, commissioned, and made-to-specification products are produced specifically for an individual customer, these items are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

If we made an error in your custom order or the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

3D-Printed Product Characteristics

3D printing is an additive manufacturing process. Minor layer lines, seams, surface variations, support marks, slight color differences, or other characteristics associated with the 3D-printing process may be visible on finished products.

These normal manufacturing characteristics are not considered product defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on filament batches, lighting, photography, and display settings.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or substantially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

Refunds & Disputes

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider additional processing time after a refund has been issued.

If you believe there is a problem with a transaction, we encourage you to contact 3D Sons Printshop first. We will make a reasonable effort to resolve billing, product, delivery, and order disputes directly with you.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws or through your payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders for standard products may be canceled before the order has entered production or been shipped.

Custom, personalized, or commissioned orders may be canceled before design or production work begins.

Once design work, material preparation, printing, or other production has begun, some or all amounts paid may become nonrefundable because labor and materials have already been committed to the order.

Legal & Shipping Restrictions

3D Sons Printshop will only sell and ship products where permitted by applicable laws, regulations, and carrier restrictions.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if fulfilling or shipping the order would violate applicable law, carrier requirements, intellectual-property restrictions, or other legal requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from 3D Sons Printshop may legally be purchased, possessed, imported, or used in their location.
